Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The R&D department is in charge of developing the samples according to the design and requests from buyers. They will provide all the technical data and suggestions to support the production and QC deprtment. Our QC team will study the samples and all the information about orders and make the plan before proceeding onto production. Their daily work will have happened on site so as to make sure all the productions will be made according to buyer requirements.
Quality Control Procedures
To study samples and information about order > make plan>materials checking > pre-producing meeting > proceed onto producing > initial line checking > in-line checking > finishing line checking > trimming and packing meeting > final inspection > issue the report>release the shipment.
